Team Member Quick Start

Inspire is where you learn. Accomplish is where you put it into action.

Log In Use your email and create your password.
Open Inspire Choose a Training Card and begin.
Complete It Finish every item and check Accomplish.

Get into your account

Use the email address your leader entered. Select Forgot Password to create or recover your personal password.

Find your assigned training

Open Inspire. Training Cards organize the short activities assigned to your role. We call those activities Tidbits.

Finish and return

Complete every video, question, activity or acknowledgment shown. Then check Accomplish for any assigned shift or operational checklists.

Remember: Inspire helps you learn it. Accomplish helps you do it. Your leader can help when something looks missing or does not match your role.

Common Questions

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Select Forgot Password and use the email address entered for your account. Ask your leader to confirm the email if needed.

Where do I find my assigned training?

Open Inspire and choose a Training Card. Your available Tidbits will appear inside.

Why is my Tidbit not showing as complete?

Reopen it and confirm every video, question, activity, acknowledgment and survey shown has been completed.

My training does not match my role.

Tell your leader. They should confirm your property, department and role in Team Manager.

Can my leader manage my password?

No. Your password is private. Your leader can confirm the email connected to your account, but you should use Forgot Password to create or recover your password.
